Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Develop custom connections, workflows and business processes using PowerApps and Power Automate. - Ensure the quality and Performance of PowerApps applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Provide training and support to end users on PowerApps solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in PowerApps and related technologies. - Mentor and guide junior developers on the team. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree - 7+ years of experience in developing solutions with PowerApps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform. - Strong understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Virtual agents. - Proven experience in leading projects and managing a team. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experience with Azure services, Dynamic 365 and Integration - Microsoft Power Platform certifications. - Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents - Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms
