Your role

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets and Financial Management.
- Customize and configure SPM applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts.
- Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

Your profile

- Experience in software development with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
