Position Title Trainee - Recruitment NAM Work Location Noida UP Shift Timings 07 00 PM to 04 00 AM IST Easter Shift Time Position Type Fulltime Key Responsibilities Understand client job requirements as per job description Search and identify candidates using job portals internal database social media and referrals Screen candidates on basic fit experience and interest level as per job requirement Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and senior recruiters Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System ATS Follow up with candidates for interview feedback documentation and joining formalities Support the team in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets Eligibility Criteria Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience Engineering graduates or MBA graduates from 2023 2024 or 2025 Should be able to work 5 days from our Noida office Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Good analytical and logical thinking comfortable understanding technical roles Ability to work in a fast paced target driven environment Willingness to work in night shift 07 00 PM to 04 00 AM IST for North America market Basic proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Positive attitude eagerness to learn and strong ownership What We Offer Structured training on North America Staffing process tools and recruitment best practices Opportunity to build a career in global recruitment with clear growth paths Performance based incentives in addition to fixed salary Professional work environment with guidance from experienced leaders Meals snacks and both side cab facility
