A service advisor acts as a liaison between customers and the service department managing customer needs from vehicle drop-off to pick-up Key responsibilities include greeting customers assessing vehicle issues translating technical problems for customers providing estimates scheduling service appointments and communicating updates on repair progress They also coordinate with technicians manage service workflow handle customer complaints and maintain service records Customer interaction and communication Greeting and intake Greet customers gather vehicle information and conduct initial assessments of service needs Customer consultation Discuss and diagnose customer-reported problems explain necessary repairs and advise on maintenance options warranties and potential cost savings Providing estimates Prepare detailed service orders with accurate time and labor cost estimates Status updates Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle s service Handling complaints Professionally address and resolve any customer complaints or issues Finalizing service Explain the work performed and charges to the customer collect payment and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle release Workshop and operational coordination Scheduling Schedule service appointments and manage the overall workflow and schedule for the service center Technician liaison Translate customer concerns into clear work orders for technicians Parts coordination Order necessary parts and ensure they are available for the technicians Quality control Confirm that the final vehicle service meets quality standards Record-keeping and administration Record maintenance Create and maintain thorough customer and service records in computer databases Data entry Input and manage data related to services rendered and customer information CALL 6384441253 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
