At Arabelle Solutions part of EDF Group we re proud to design services and solutions that are generating power not just for today and tomorrow but for generations to come You ll work alongside passionate bright minds We offer a broad range of opportunities for those eager to build tomorrow s world We believe a supportive culture is key to reach common goals Diversity and an inclusive mindset makes us and our business stronger An EOT Crane Operator is responsible for operating electric overhead traveling cranes to lift move and position heavy materials or equipment safely and efficiently in industrial construction or warehouse settings The operator ensures smooth crane operations while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment integrity Operate EOT cranes to lift move and position materials and equipment as per lifting procedure Inspect the crane and rigging equipment for safety and proper functioning before and after use Follow load charts signals and guidelines to ensure safe and precise handling of loads Communicate effectively with ground personnel and supervisors during operations Maintain crane logs report any defects malfunctions or safety hazards promptly Adhere strictly to workplace safety rules OSHA standards and company policies Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of the crane Participate in safety meetings and training sessions Ensure the work area is clear of obstructions and personnel during crane operation Qualifications Proven experience operating EOT cranes or similar overhead cranes Knowledge of crane load charts rigging techniques and safety regulations Certification or license for crane operation as required by local laws Ability to interpret hand signals and communicate clearly Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of crane operation Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment inspection and troubleshooting Work Environment Industrial warehouses construction sites manufacturing plants or shipyards May involve working at heights and in varying weather conditions Safety gear such as helmets gloves and safety shoes are mandatory Join us and work with global teams to support global customers At Arabelle Solutions we have team members of more than 49 nationalities spread across 16 countries At Arabelle Solutions we know diversity makes teams and business stronger
