Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets You will lead a team of sales professionals providing guidance training and support to ensure their success Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored credit card solutions Additionally you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals Lead and mentor a team of sales executives providing performance feedback and career development opportunities Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies in sales processes Monitor sales performance identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and materials Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit card sales and marketing Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our credit card offerings Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management with a successful track record in the credit card industry Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel as required for business development and client meetings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales excellence
