The role willberesponsible for supporting thedevelopment ofmedia plans, managing campaign execution, and ensuring smoothdelivery ofclientobjectives. Thispositioninvolves collaboration withinternalteamsand direct interaction with clients, providing strategic insights and campaign performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Collaboratewithinternalteamstosupporteffectivemediaplanning andexecution. Manageday-to-day mediaplanningactivitiestoensurecampaigns areoptimizedand performing effectively. Workcloselywithclient-sideBrandManagerstoresolvequeriesandprovidecampaign insights regularly. Preparepresentationsandreportswithcampaignperformancedata,insights,and corrective measures. Create andmaintain media plans, flowcharts,buying guidelines,budget/spend summaries, andcompetitor analysis onaweekly/monthlybasis. Trackcampaignprogressandaddressexecution-relatedissuesinconsultationwith senior management. Evaluatevendorproposals,assessimpactproperties,andexplorechannelpartnerships. Coordinatewithmediachannelsduringcampaignimplementation. Stayupdatedwithemergingtrendsanddevelopmentsinbothofflineanddigitalmedia planning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor'sDegree(Master's/PGDiplomainBusinessManagementpreferred). 6 Months- 1 yearsofrelevantmediaplanningexperience. Strongwrittenand verbalcommunicationskills. ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint). Abilitytomultitaskandperformundertightdeadlines. Strongattentiontodetailandanalytical mindset.
