- About the job - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. - Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment. - Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience of 3-5 years as a recruiter, preferably in the UK/EU market. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK/EU. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and GDPR. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Talent Sourcing - Interviewing - Candidate Assessment - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - LinkedIn Recruiter - Communication - Negotiation ROLE : UK/EU Recruiter Job Description As a UK/EU Recruiter, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for our UK/EU operations.
