We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.Freshers with up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, payroll, and PF & ESIC compliance are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & On-boardingManage the complete recruitment life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Conduct on-boarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.2. Payroll & ComplianceProcess monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and leave management.Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations such as PF and ESIC.3. Performance Management & Employee RelationsCoordinate performance review cycles and share feedback with management.Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally and promptly.4. Employee Engagement & AdministrationPlan and execute engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, team-building events, etc.).Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.5. Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.6.
