1. Writes reliable,clear,efficient,and well-tested code.
2. Designs systems by re-using existing solutions,building new ones when needed,and considering future needs.

---- Basic Qualifications ----
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, C++, etc.
3. Deep understanding of computer systems, which may include experience with backend services, large-scale systems, multi cloud infrastructure, etc.
4. Ability to contribute to technical innovation and problem-solving within a team setting.
5. Experience building large-scale distributed system with experience in architecture design and developing high availability and high-performance systems.

1. Strong passion to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving business and technological landscape.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence.
5. Experience with machine learning infrastructure and AI technologies is advantageous.
6. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines.
