Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations and enhancements. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand policy and billing requirements and ensure complete test coverage. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules. - Validate billing transactions, payment processing, invoicing, write-offs, and other essential billing functionalities. - Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps tools. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Support UAT phases and perform production validation as needed.
