Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control & Analysis

- Track, monitor, and reportmonthly cost variances & indirect costswith in-depth trend analysis.
- Preparemonthly cost review deckswith key insights for cost optimization.
- Calculate and analyzeMaterial Usage Variance (MUV) line-wiseand partner with the manufacturing team to reduceyield losses.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation ofmaterials used for employee sales & factory consumption.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Ensureaccurate and timelymonth-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance withAccounting policies, Internal controls, and SOX requirements.
- ManageGL reconciliations in Blackline Tooland resolve discrepancies.
- OverseeHO reporting, includingcosting runs, Optimus updates, and monthly Supply Chain Finance Scorecards.
- Submit annualNSS returnswithin deadlines.

Inventory & Internal Controls

- Calculateinventory ageing provisionsand investigate variances.
- OverseeBOM & Routing updatesto ensure accuracy in costing and reporting.
- Conductmonthly physical stock verificationand resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strengtheninternal controlsand support governance implementation.

Fixed Assets & Capex Management

- Review newasset capitalizations & depreciationmonthly.
- Coordinateasset verifications, transfers, disposals, and write-offsas per policy.
- Participate inCWIP reviewsand drive corrective actions.

What Were Looking For:

CA / CMA qualified professionalwithminimum 3 years of experiencein amanufacturing industry (preferably FMCG).

Strong working knowledge ofSAP & MS Office.

Detail-oriented withexcellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,highly dynamic plant environment.
