ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Fresher HR Recruiter, you will be an essential part of our talent acquisition team. You will be trained and mentored to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to facilitating their onboarding. You will learn how to identify top talent and help us build a strong workforce. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Source potential candidates through various online channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks. - Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified individuals. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the candidate database. - Assist in preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate platforms. - Communicate with candidates, providing them with timely updates on their application status. POSITION TYPE: Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. It offers flexibility and a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field. REQUIREMENTS: - A bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.
