Industry : IT Services

Target Segment: FinTech, BFSI, Digital Banks, Capital Markets, Insurance

Experience Required: 5-10 years

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skill, Leadership and Team Management, Negotiate contracts & pricing

Key Highlights :

Annual Target : - 6 Cr in order bookings | New Logos: 12 per year

Travel Required : Minimum twice/month across India

Client Base : Mid to large enterprises (Revenue - 800 Cr+ / $100M+)

Mandatory Requirements :

Industry Background: IT Services (Only)

Gender: Male (Due to extensive travel requirements)

Network: Strong CXO-level connects (10-15+) within FinTech, BFSI, or related sectors

Deal Experience: Proven record of closing large deals > - 2 Cr / $250K

Sales Expertise: Full E2E ownership - lead generation, proposal writing, pricing, closure, and mining

Stability: Strong client base knowledge and a growth mindset

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure

- Build deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

- Collaborate with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create winning proposals

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and manage account profitability

- Attend industry events and represent Qualitrix at relevant forums

- Execute strategic partnerships for growth and expansion

- Develop and implement account mining and farming strategies post-deal

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven track record of - 4 Cr+ annual sales

- Deep domain expertise in BFSI, FinTech, and digital financial services

- Strong proposal, pricing, and negotiation capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

- Understanding of QA processes and IT services landscape

Soft Skills :

- Leadership in ambiguity

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities

- Result-oriented and meticulous

- Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling skills
