Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Associate with a strong background in SaaS software sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to pitch, close deals, and drive software subscription growth through field visits and strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to engage potential clients and present product demonstrations.
- Deliver elevated and compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Identify business opportunities and manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.

- Drive adoption of Kriips' SaaS-based restaurant management software.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using Zoho Bigin and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous customer success and feedback incorporation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS software sales.
- Experience in selling to restaurants or hospitality clients is a strong advantage.
- Excellent field sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Zoho Bigin.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to explain software features clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Annual Salary: 5.4 LPA
