We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, E sourcing We are looking for an E Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Digital team as a systems superuser and enablement expert. This role is critical to ensuring our buyers and stakeholders maximize the value of e Sourcing technologies. The successful candidate will help design, configure, and support advanced sourcing events using relevant tools, while leveraging automation (bots) and optimization features to drive efficiency and smarter decision-making. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain. - Act as a system superuser for eSourcing tools - Support the configuration and execution of complex sourcing events, including: advanced auction design and optimization, scenario modeling and award analysis, use of sourcing bots and automation for repetitive or tactical events - Provide day-to-day support for buyers and stakeholders, including supplier onboarding, troubleshooting, and event execution guidance. - Partner with Procurement teams to identify opportunities to digitize and automate sourcing workflows. - Monitor adoption and performance of eSourcing tools generate dashboards and insights to track usage, savings, and cycle times. - Drive best practices by developing playbooks, templates, and training materials for buyers and suppliers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting and dashboards. - Comfortable engaging with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and training. - Systems mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new digital tools. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build expertise in digital procurement Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or related field. - Relevant work experience Preferred qualifications - Hands-on experience with eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) Why join Genpact .
