Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential and commercial projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions that align with our studio's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for high-end residential and commercial projects. - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and innovative design solutions. - Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination. - Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - Review and approve design changes, specifications, and project timelines. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design intent. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff. - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into design solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects. - Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects from concept to completion. - Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work. - Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent project management and leadership skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - Passion for sustainable design and traditional craftsmanship.
