You must be already using using AI in making creatives and have results to show. Company Introduction: Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce to grow their revenue with more acquisitions and sales. Over the last 5+ years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including - Yaanman, Neesh Perfumes, Pepnails, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, and others. In this time we have created over 450 Cr+ for 200+ brands combined. Introduction About Role: We're looking for aAI Creatives Visualiserwho can transform ideas and insights into visually stunning concepts that perform (be it ads, editorials, graphics, ad film etc) with the use of AI tools/platforms. You'll be the bridge between strategy and design, partnering with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to conceptualise, direct, and execute high-end creatives with the use of AI models and tools. From ad campaigns and brand refreshes to product launches, your visuals will define how audiences experience our partner brands. Key Responsibilities Concept & Creative Direction - Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into powerful visual concepts that align with brand identity and performance goals. - Develop moodboards, visual narratives, and campaign storylines in sync with strategy and media objectives. - Lead ideation sessions with the design team to generate innovative concepts for ad campaigns and social media storytelling. Design Execution with AI tools - Create visually cohesive ad campaigns, landing page layouts, and brand assets that perform across digital platforms. - Design static, carousel, and video-first layouts optimized for social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). - Guide the visual consistency of brands across touchpointstypography, color palettes, compositions, and design language. Collaboration & Feedback - Work closely with Copywriters and Designers to integrate visuals and messaging seamlessly. - Collaborate with Media Buyers and Strategists to align creative direction with performance data and audience behaviour. Platform Optimisation - Adapt campaign creatives to platform-specific requirements and performance trends. - Ensure that all designs are optimised for screen, resolution, and format across ad placements. Trend Research & Innovation - Stay ahead of visual design trends, advertising styles, and emerging aesthetics. - Propose innovative design approaches, templates, and workflows to elevate the team's creative output. Requirements Must-Have - Experience:2 years in visual design, or performance creative design for any ecommerce brand or performance marketing agency. - Experience: Already using AI in current creative works and have a proof to present. - Tools:Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus). - Design Acumen:Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and brand systems. - Strategic Thinking:Ability to align design ideas with marketing goals, consumer psychology, and performance metrics. - Portfolio:A diverse portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign design, and digital execution. - Communication:Clear and proactive communicator with strong presentation and feedback skills.
