Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, for a Senior AI Engineer, meant for immediate joiners only. Core Responsibilities Designing, building, and deploying advanced AI/ML systems, focusing on scalable models, robust pipelines, and integration into products. Leading projects, mentoring juniors, optimizing models, ensuring production readiness (code quality, testing, monitoring), collaborating cross-functionally, and staying ahead of AI trends. Translate business needs into technical AI solutions. Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune complex AI/ML models (deep learning, predictive, generative) for specific problems. Data Pipeline Development: Work with data engineers to define data requirements, gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models. Production Deployment: Build scalable MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and deployment (CI/CD for ML). System Architecture: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaboration: Work with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and integrate AI. Optimization: Improve model performance, efficiency, and integration, using cloud platforms or physical data centers. Research: Stay current with AI advancements (e.G., Generative AI, Agentic AI) and apply new techniques, to drive business innovation and efficiency. Generative AI: Build agents, RAG systems and leverage LLMs. Platform Engineering: Develop reusable AI/ML components and services. Key Skills & Qualifications Technical: Python, LLM/Agentic framework knowledge, AI/ML lifecycle, Java, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), MLOps tools, data engineering, API development, Qdrant, Postgres. Experience: Proven track record in building and deploying ML models in production. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, excellent communication (translating complex AI to business value), High degree of motivation, leadership and teamwork. Education: Bachelors, Engineering or post graduate in Computer Science/Mathematics field.
