Role Overview: We're hiring a seasoned HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations from recruitment and compliance to culture and people development. Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a must. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, ensuring quality hires and reduced attrition. - Build strong pipelines through referrals, partnerships, and proactive sourcing. - Strategically align hiring plans with business expansion goals. 2. Onboarding & Induction - Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - Conduct induction sessions to ensure alignment with company culture and values. 3. Employee Lifecycle Management - Oversee employee records, lifecycle transactions, and smooth deboarding processes. - Manage exit interviews and drive insights to strengthen retention. 4. HR Policies & Compliance - Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures. - Ensure adherence to all statutory and labor compliances within F&B norms. 5. Learning & Development - Identify training needs and coordinate regular learning sessions. - Promote skill development programs aligned with organizational goals. 6. Performance Management - Implement structured review cycles and appraisals. - Work closely with leadership to ensure performance-driven culture. 7. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling - Foster a positive, open, and inclusive workplace culture. - Address grievances promptly and ensure fair, transparent resolutions. 8. HR Automation & Reporting - Utilize HRMS tools (like KEKA) for employee data, payroll, and attendance. - Generate analytics and dashboards for leadership insights. Key Requirements: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field .4-6 years of HR experience (with minimum 3 years in the F&B / hospitality sector ).Proven track record in recruitment, compliance, and employee engageme nt.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership ski lls.Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balance of empathy and efficiency.
