Designation: Internship-Program Operation Management

BU: International Working Professional

Stipends: 25,000/ per month | Duration: 6 months

Location: Mumbai- Andheri-Marol

Shift: 5 days working | Mon-Fri | Hybrid | 10:30AM- 7:30PM

Role Description:

As a Program Ops Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Program Ops Team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the creation and maintenance of website content and landing pages on HubSpot, performing grammar and language checks on website content, and conducting end-to-end audits of information. You will also work on program collaterals such as brochures, emails, and offer letters. Additionally, you will help maintain and test web pages to ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders and providing support for product and tech inquiries. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in communication and project management while contributing to meaningful projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Website Management: Assist in the creation and maintenance of web pages and landing pages on HubSpot, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Content Quality Control: Perform grammar and language checks on website content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- End-to-End Quality Audits: Conduct thorough audits of operational information to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
- User Experience Testing: Test and flag any issues in the program flow on the website to ensure a smooth and effective user experience.
- Collateral Maintenance: Create and update program collateral, such as brochures, emails, and offer letters, as needed.
- Email Creation & Maintenance: Create and maintain email templates and campaigns for various programs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Program Launch and Project Support: Assist in program launches by ensuring all collaterals are ready and providing support to the team with various project-related tasks.
- Product & Tech Support: Provide support in product & tech-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and completion.
- Occasional Design Support: Provide assistance in collaboration with the teams graphic designer for design-related tasks.

Skills Required:

- Ability to adapt dynamically while meeting deadlines
- Flexible with working hours if needed.
- Structured and process driven.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to grasp new tools and processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in grammar and language accuracy.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and conducting audits is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
