Only Apply If : - IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY - Candidate should be OK to work on weekends as we take off on Mondays. -- Mentioned below are the key roles and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Responsibilities - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, partners, and team members. - Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents. - Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. - Manage office supplies and inventory. - Upkeep of office equipments. 2. Events Operational Support - Assist with in-house (Classes and events) and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc 3. Financial Management: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions. - Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
