At Supertails, we’re building the country’s most trusted pet-care platform—and we’re now looking for a Product Manager focused on Growth & Retention to help us deepen engagement and strengthen repeat behaviour across our e-commerce business. If you understand funnels, user behaviour, experiments, and what drives real customer loyalty, you’ll feel right at home here. What we are looking for We want someone who thinks from first principles, cares about the full customer journey, and is excited about improving activation, repeat purchases, and long-term retention. You’ll enjoy this role if you are: - A pet parent – This is important for us. It gives you the empathy and instinct to build the right experience for our community. - Comfortable owning growth & retention metrics – activation, frequency, churn - Strong with data – setting up metrics, forming hypotheses, running experiments, analysing results. - Familiar with growth and lifecycle tooling – experience with platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage or CDPs like Segment is a plus (not mandatory). - Good at understanding user behaviour – where they drop off, what they value, how their needs evolve. - Someone who moves fast – experiments, iterations, continuous improvements. - A collaborator – you’ll work closely with engineering, design, CRM, marketing, category, and ops teams. - Experienced – ideally 3-4 years in product, with exposure to growth, lifecycle, or retention in consumer-facing tech. What you will drive - Improve activation and reduce funnel drop-offs - Strengthen repeat purchases and habit loops - Build replenishment and lifecycle journeys across channels (push, email, WhatsApp, in-app), using growth tools and CDP-driven segmentation - Lead experimentation and A/B testing across the funnel - Build growth loops—referrals, reactivation, nudges, personalised journeys - Own metrics across acquisition → activation → retention → frequency → LTV - Partner with marketing, CRM, and category teams to scale lifecycle and retention initiatives - Identify friction points across the experience and solve them with product interventions - Contribute to the foundation of our future AI-driven personalization and growth systems
