Job Summary The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hotel s brand services and facilities through online and offline marketing activities The role focuses on increasing visibility driving direct bookings and enhancing guest engagement to achieve business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Marketing Promotion Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote rooms banquets F B outlets and special offers Coordinate with designers and agencies for creative materials Manage and update all social media platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Create engaging content photos and videos for digital promotion 2 Digital Marketing Work on SEO SMO Google Ads and online promotions to boost website traffic and direct bookings Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Google and social media platforms Prepare monthly reports on digital reach engagement and ROI 3 Brand Public Relations Maintain the hotel s brand standards across all promotional materials Build and maintain relationships with local media influencers and corporate clients Coordinate and promote events campaigns and collaborations 4 Sales Coordination Support the sales team with promotional materials and client proposals Assist in creating rate plans packages and special promotions Participate in local events exhibitions and corporate visits for brand visibility 5 Reporting Analysis Track marketing activities and analyze performance metrics Submit monthly marketing activity and ROI reports to management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Hospitality or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality sales Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools Excellent communication presentation and creative skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
