Key Responsibilities Gather ground-level intelligence related to potential security threats labor unrest theft smuggling or local disturbances Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and maintain a healthy network with local informants Conduct regular patrolling and surveillance of plant premises and surrounding areas Monitor and report suspicious activities in and around the facility Provide daily intelligence and risk reports to plant management Assist in internal investigations related to employee misconduct theft or vandalism Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the plant Support crisis and emergency response planning Coordinate with contract security staff for effective vigilance Eligibility Criteria Retired Police Officer Inspector Sub-Inspector rank preferred or equivalent in armed forces Strong network and knowledge of local geography and community Experience in intelligence gathering and threat analysis Physically fit and mentally alert Good communication and report-writing skills Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 100 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
