- We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinkingTechnical Architectto lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of ourSelf-Service Digital Experience Solutions. This role will focus on architecting highly scalable web, mobile, and API platforms that leveragecookiesandpersonalizationtechniques to deliver targeted, seamless, and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting personalized digital solutions, integrating data-driven personalization strategies, and managing cookies and tracking technologies in line with privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect Digital Solutions with Personalization

- Lead the design and architecture ofpersonalized self-service digital platforms, including web, mobile, and API solutions, to deliver tailored experiences for users based on their behavior and preferences.
- Architect and implement systems that utilizecookiesand user tracking to gather insights and enhance personalization, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical vision for personalization strategies and integrate them seamlessly into the digital experience.

Platform Development & Evolution

- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of web, mobile, and API platforms, ensuring they support personalization features such ascontent recommendations,dynamic interfaces, anduser-specific workflows.
- Ensure personalization is integrated across all touchpoints websites, mobile apps, and APIs leveragingcookiesand session data to enhance user journeys.
- Ensure compliance withcookie consent managementtools and user privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA, for tracking user data across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive the adoption of technologies such asAIandmachine learningto further refine and automate personalized experiences.

API Design, Integration, and Personalization

- Design and manageRESTful APIsandGraphQLsolutions to integrate personalization data, allowing for dynamic content delivery and custom user experiences.
- Implement API architectures that can handle complex, user-specific requests, optimizing performance and user engagement through personalized content feeds.
- Develop strategies forpersonalization data storageand management, ensuring that all personalized experiences are driven by clean, secure, and well-structured data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely withproduct management,UI/UX design, andbusiness stakeholdersto align technical strategies with the company s business goals and customer-centric vision.
- Compliance & Security: Champion data protection and privacy, ensuring all solutions are fully compliant with regulations likeGDPRandCCPA, while implementing the highest security standards to safeguard customer data and platform integrity.

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical architecture or leadership role.
- Proven experience in architectingpersonalized digital solutions, including the use of cookies, session tracking, and user behavior data to deliver tailored experiences.
- Strong experience withweb, mobile, and API platformsdesigning and developing highly scalable, performance-driven systems.
- Deep understanding ofprivacy regulations(GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing compliant solutions for cookies and data tracking.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Expertise inpersonalization frameworksand technologies, such asAI,machine learning, andrecommendation systems.
- In-depth knowledge ofcookies management,cookie consent tools, and session-based tracking.
- Strong experience withAPI design(RESTful, GraphQL) and integration strategies for dynamic content delivery.
- Experience withcloud technologies(AWS, Azure, GCP) andserverless architecturesfor scaling personalization.
- Proficiency in web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Knowledge ofdatabase designfor storing user-specific data andcaching technologies(Redis, Memcached).
- Cloud Proficiency: Proficient incloud technologies(e.g.,AWS,Azure,Google Cloud) with experience in cloud-based omnichannel platforms and services.
- Microservices & API Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience withmicroservices architecture,API integration, and designing enterprise-level solutions.
- Full Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of bothfront-end and back-end technologies, including frameworks, web services, databases (e.g.,REST,SOAP,SQL,NoSQL).
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving ability, adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience withdata-driven personalization tools, such asOptimizely,Adobe Target, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding ofuser experience(UX/UI) principles for crafting seamless, personalized journeys.
- Familiarity withserver-side trackingandcookie-less tracking technologies.
- Certifications incloud architecture(AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
- Knowledge ofmachine learningandAI-based personalization algorithms.
