Roles and Responsibilities Mindstix is looking for a seasoned Lead .NET Developer who is passionate about building world-class solutions and driving engineering excellence. You bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional results that make a difference. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF). - Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct detailed code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver business-critical features on time. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. - Integrate relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases with enterprise-grade applications, ensuring performance and security. - Drive adoption of modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, microservices, and cloud-native solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP). - Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term preventive solutions. - Stay ahead with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to architecture and processes. - Contribute to technical design discussions, solution reviews, and strategic decision-making with stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. - 4+ years of hands-on industry experience on .Net application development, including leadership/mentorship roles. - Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF, and modern .NET Core frameworks. - Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, microservices architecture, and multi-tier systems. - Proven experience in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing engineering best practices. - Hands-on experience with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Razor Pages). - Strong database knowledge (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) plus exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders. - Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
