Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Details

- Role - Engineer
- Experience – 3-5 Years
- Industry Preferred – Manufacturing (Semi-fab or OSAT facilities)
- Job Location – Dholera / Jagiroad / Bangalore

Job Description and Responsibilities

- Simulate and analyse production systems to support strategic planning and operational improvements in semiconductor manufacturing
- Model end-to-end production systems, simulate scenarios for capacity planning, analyse system behaviour under constraints
- Integrate the simulation system with ERP/MES systems
- Deliver insights for production planning, collaborate with IT and operations teams, maintain simulation models for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in discrete and continuous simulation tools for OSAT or semi-fab plants, production planning and scheduling algorithms, KPI tracking and dashboarding
- Knowledge of digital twin platforms, simulation platforms, IoT platforms, system integration, data analytics, data visualisation, and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Equivalent
- Know-how of AI-based production process simulation and optimization preferred

Software Skills

- NVIDIA - Omniverse
- AutoDesk - AutoCAD, Auto Lisp, and/or equivalent
- Python and related libraries, and/or other programming language
- MS Office Apps – World, Excel, Power Point
