Requirements - Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
