Adobe AEP Architect designs, architects, and implements enterprise-level Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions to create unified, personalized customer experiences, acting as a subject matter expert in data management, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and cross-channel activation. They define the technical architecture, data models, and integration patterns for AEP, ensuring it aligns with business goals, integrates with other systems, and adheres to best practices for performance, scalability, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Design:
Develop the overall architecture for AEP solutions, aligning them with the client's digital strategy and customer experience goals.
Technical Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on AEP and related Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Audience Manager.
Data Architecture:
Define data models, data flows, and schemas (using theXDM framework) for data collection, ingestion, and management within AEP.
Identity & Profiles:
Architect theidentity graphand manage the real-time customer profile, linking disparate customer data points for a unified view.
Integration:
Design and implement integration patterns between AEP and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools as well as third-party systems (like CRMs and marketing automation platforms).
