Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions. You will work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to design and execute test plans that support successful deployments and enhancements.

- Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.
- Validate custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs.
- Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways).
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce release cycles and sandbox refreshes.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.

Your profile

- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Familiarity with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
