We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners across India.

Role Overview:
As a Program Manager for Channel Sales, you will play a critical role in laying the foundation of our partner-led growth model. You will collaborate across teams to define processes, build SOPs, and manage cross-functional initiatives related to onboarding, enabling, and scaling channel partners. This is a builder's role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating order from chaos in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the channel sales structure.
Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and operational processes for partner management.
Manage timelines, communication, and execution of projects across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Assist in designing the partner onboarding journey, managing partner performance across funnel and performance tracking systems.
Own project tracking, milestone setting, and regular status reporting to stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support internal enablement initiatives by creating templates, dashboards, and process documentation.
Who You Are:
2+ years of professional experience in program management, operations, consulting, or project coordination roles.
Generalist mindset with exposure to diverse functions or industries.
Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups where you had to wear multiple hats is preferred
Demonstrated ability to build or scale processes from scratch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets/PPT is a ust
