Position:Admin Trainee

Location:Hyderabad

Shift:Day Shift (Male candidate)

Job Description:

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Trainee to join our team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative operations, help maintain smooth office functioning, and gain hands-on experience in office management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry
- Support front desk operations such as visitor management and call handling
- Coordinate with internal departments for facility and maintenance requests
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies
- Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases as required
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and company protocols
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or similar)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year of relevant experience are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Looking for Male candidates (Required)
- Required Local candidates.
