THIS IS YOUR ROLE Responsibilities - Support / participate in supplier quality audits and related assessments. - Ensure suppliers adhere to Siemens standards and contractual requirements. - Help investigate and resolve quality issues related to supplier supplied wirings/ assemblies. - Maintain records of supplier performance, and corrective actions. - Support initiatives to improve supplier processes and reduce defects as part of continuous improvements. - Work on improving various supplier related KPIs. - Bring transparency in supplier supplies in terms of shortages and clear alignment with procurement teams. - Corrective Action Closure Time Improve average time taken to resolve supplier-related issues. - Conduct inspections and report non-conformances at supplier end. - Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for supplier issues. - Implement changes in quality requirements and specifications to suppliers. - Support cross-functional teams (procurement, production, engineering) in supplier-related quality matters. - Checking supplier costings in line with loaded drawings and giving quantity confirmations to SPR team. Skillsets / Knowledge / Experience : - Core knowledge of basic subjects of Electrical / Electronics Engineering and analytical skills. - Typically, up to 1 - 3 years of experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile. - Basic/Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc. - Candidate shall be a good team player, flexible in approach and flexible in making frequent supplier visits, agile, resilient, and sincere. - Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills in English, Hindi, Konkani.
