Aviation/Airline domain projects would be a huge plus if teaching in aviation colleges. Key Responsibilities 1. Training Program Development Design and develop AI/ML training modules for beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners. Prepare course materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments. Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and practical applications. 2. Training Delivery Conduct classroom, online, or corporate training sessions on AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and related technologies. Demonstrate practical coding exercises, model building, and data analysis tasks. Engage learners through interactive sessions, case studies, and projects. 3. Mentoring & Guidance Provide one-on-one guidance and support to learners during training and project work. Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project assessments. Offer career guidance and AI application advice to help learners succeed in real-world scenarios. 4. Content & Curriculum Update Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks. Continuously update training content to reflect the latest trends and best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance course relevance and effectiveness. 5. Reporting & Feedback Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and completion rates. Collect and analyze feedback from learners to improve course delivery.
