We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide excellent customer service This role is crucial for our growth requiring a professional who is articulate persistent Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers using a provided database Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services Present and explain service features benefits Follow communication scripts and guidelines diligently while handling different topics and customer interactions Qualify leads and schedule appointments or meetings for the Sales team when required Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets quotas Address customer queries concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Telecaller Telesales Representative or in a similar customer service sales role is a plus Freshers Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand customer needs Persuasive resilient and persistent personality with a positive can-do attitude Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel and basic familiarity with CRM software databases Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent is required a degree is a plus Fluency in language Job Types Full-time Fresher Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
