Job Details

- Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad / Yelahanka, Bangalore
- Work Timings: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST (Mandatory No exceptions)
- Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 7 10 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Candidates currently serving notice are preferred)
- Cab Facility: Provided (due to early morning shift)

Selection Process

1. L1: Python programming round and conceptual evaluation
2. L2: React.js programming round and conceptual evaluation
3. L3: Final customer discussion (US-based)

Mandatory Skills

React.js, Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), RESTful API development, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Git, Docker

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and build responsive, performant user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Design and implement component-based architectures using Redux, Context API, or React Query
- Work with design/product teams to turn wireframes and mockups into functional components
- Implement frontend testing strategies using tools like Jest or React Testing Library
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs (or GraphQL endpoints) using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Build modular, scalable, and testable backend services
- Integrate with third-party APIs, services, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain clear, concise technical documentation for team use and customer handoff

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, and functional components
- Solid programming experience in Python, with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of system design, microservices architecture, caching strategies, and asynchronous programming
- Strong communication and leadership skills
