You'll be diving into these tasks:

Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using React.js.

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Best Practices: Implement best practices for front-end development, including testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Architecture: Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems, ensuring scalability and robustness.

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in the application.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for development processes, codebases, and technical specifications.

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.

React Expertise: Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and state management.

Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
