What you'll do:
Phenom is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments while managing IT infrastructure and supporting end-users. This role requires expertise in MDM solutions, ticketing systems, basic networking, and conference room setup to ensure seamless IT operations.
Device Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM).
MDM Management:
- Deploy and manage devices using Endpoint Central, Mosyle, and other MDM solutions.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with company IT standards.
Networking & Infrastructure:
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Cisco Meraki configurations.
- Support network connectivity issues and ensure a stable IT environment.
Conference Room & IT Setup:
- Set up and maintain AV equipment, conference room systems, and remote meeting solutions.
- Troubleshoot video conferencing tools and hardware for seamless communication.
User Access & IT Security:
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security policies.
- Provide support for VPN, endpoint security, and system updates.
Work Experience
What you've done
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu troubleshooting.
- Experience with MDM tools like Endpoint Central and Mosyle.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management - JSM).
- Basic knowledge of networking (Cisco Meraki preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot conference room AV setups and IT equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
- Experience with enterprise security policies and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation is a bonus
