We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Head of Production and F D at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Baddi The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in formulation development of tablets capsules and liquid oral dosage forms Key Responsibilities Oversee complete Production Manufacturing operations at the Pharmaceutical Formulation Unit Thorough Knowledge of formulation development and different drug deliveries Must have handled the latest drug molecules Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP guidelines Ensure production efficiency process optimization manpower management for ideal production output Handle regulatory audits validation and documentation processes Optimizing processes and ensuring efficient and safe production workflows Trouble shooting and managing all aspects of production Team Leadership Manpower Management Qualifications Experience Education Minimum B Pharm Bachelor of Pharmacy M Pharm preferred Experience Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical formulation development particularly in tablets capsules and liquid oral formulations Candidate must be an approved chemist Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory submission processes Proven leadership skills Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 130 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
