Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions suitable for various client segments.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and insurance program structures.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Growth professional should have:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial lines of Insurance (Broking or Direct Sales Team of Insurance Companies).
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- MBA from top tier institutes would be preferred.
