Scope Post and clear DXCs cash received for DXC Customers Trade AR complying with DXCs processes and procedures The Cash Application Consultant will 1 Download the bank statements from the bank portals and upload them daily and timely on the sharepoint for Collectors visibility2 Post all payments received in the same day and apply invoices applied in the next day All the posting and applications will be done in a compliant way as per the processes and procedures 3 Send regular reports of Unapplieds and Unknown Cash to ensure they get closed in 48 hours Ensure all payments are posted with the required document type and posting key 4 Book all write offs in the correct GL with the right reason code and subsequent approvals5 Provide proactive and clear communications towards the internal partners focused on solutions and improvements6 Use the existing automation and work with the team on how to address the existing challenges Example Minimize the human touch as much as possible on every single activity whether is downloading statements posting payments clearing processing write offs sending unapplieds lists etc7 Complete the monthly reconciliation in the Cadency Finance tool and work with the different internal partners to document everything accordingly Extra Activities 1 Support the Project team in case of a change to a different Cash App and Collections system by providing feedback getting involved in testing regular communication etc2 Support any testing needed in case of announced divestitures or spin off 3 Work with the P C Team BoT on any process changes to gain efficiency4 Support the team with the required back up during the colleagues leaves5 Support any country statutory Audit6 Train newcomersRequired Skills 1 Economical background Finance or O2C work experience Billing Collections Cash Application or Structure Set Up 2 Good level of English is a must3 Excellent attitude towards learning and self-development4 Ability to work under pressure during month ends5 Excellent communication skills and team spiritRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf More information on employment scams is available
