We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our real estate development team This role is essential in ensuring the efficient design installation and maintenance of mechanical systems within our residential commercial and mixed-use projects The candidate will be responsible for planning and reviewing systems such as HVAC plumbing fire protection elevators and other mechanical services ensuring that all installations are compliant with relevant building codes safety regulations and environmental standards Working closely with architects civil engineers and electrical engineers the Mechanical Engineer will contribute to the design development phase prepare technical specifications and tender documents and coordinate with contractors and vendors for system implementation The role involves conducting regular site inspections monitoring mechanical work progress resolving technical issues and ensuring high standards of quality and performance The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in the real estate or construction sector Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP along with a solid understanding of HVAC systems fire suppression systems and plumbing is essential Knowledge of applicable standards like ASHRAE IS codes and NBC is expected Strong project management problem-solving abilities and good communication skills are required to effectively manage coordination among stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
