Responsibilities: - Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and internal coordination. - Help maintain HR data, employee records, and daily operational trackers. - Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and communication drives. - Coordinate with internal teams to support daily HR operations. - Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation, and candidate experience. - Support attendance monitoring, leave records, and HR reporting as required. Requirements - Pursuing a degree in BBA, BCom, or any related field. - Strong attention to detail and keen eye for spotting top talent. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
