About the role Dashreels is seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Promo Producer. As a key contributor to our content creation process, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling scripts for promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing campaigns targeting global audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven storytelling and contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities - Develop engaging and innovative scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience - Experiment with dialogues, narrations, and other storytelling styles to bring engagement on promos - Research and analyse industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors strategies to improve scriptwriting and ensure content resonates with target demographics - Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance scripts - Coordinate with various stakeholders and take responsibility for end-to-end production of promos - Analyse promo performance and related data metrics to improve promo writing skills Qualifications - 2+ years of scripting experience, preferably in fictional short form content or OTT, TV, radio, or film. - Should be fluent in Hindi and English. - Proven ability to manage the entire creative lifecycle from concept development to analysis of post-launch performance. - Knowledge of digital content trends, mobile video formats, and emerging storytelling platforms. Familiarity with video production workflows and tools is a strong plus.
