Job Summary:

We are looking for an Embedded Lead with strong expertise in embedded C, software development, and verification & validation in automotive domains such as ADAS, IVI, BCM, and Powertrain (PT). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), scripting knowledge in CAPL, Python, and M Script, and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.

Work Location : Chennai

Experience : 15 to 20 Yrs

- Experience working with MNC GCC centres in Chennai.
- Experience in hiring aggressively and ramping up technical teams to deliver complex projects for customers
- Experience in using PMO/ PSA tools for project management
- Career Aspiration to grow/ become a ADM for a large global client
- Experience and/or Aspiration to Manage technical teams from 50-250 software engineers

Job Responsibilities:

- Embedded Software Development: Develop, implement, and maintain embedded software for Automotive systems, specifically in domains like ADAS, IVI, BCM, and PT.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Active participation in all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Software Verification & Validation: Lead and execute verification and validation tasks to ensure software meets all functional safety and quality standards.
- Program Management: Manage software programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary technical interface for customers, providing regular updates, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Risk & Escalation Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate software development risks. Lead and manage escalations to ensure rapid issue resolution.
