This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Chennai JobType: full-time Requirements Our client is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js. The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on performance, security, and clean coding practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend). - Build reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. - 5–8 years of professional experience in fullstack development. - Hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks). - Proficient in React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries). - Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development. - Exposure to databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows. - Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS is a plus.
