We are seeking a skilled Drone Maintenance Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet of drones through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular maintenance checks on drones to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with drone systems.
- Perform repairs and upgrades on drone hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in drone maintenance or related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of drone components and systems, including propulsion, flight control, and communication systems.
- Familiarity with drone software and firmware updates.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and techniques for electronic systems.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to document maintenance procedures.
