Job Description EduGo Abroad is India's leading Europe-focused education consultancy with over 15 years of experience. Having guided 25,000+ students into 550+ universities across 25+ countries, we leverage proprietary technology and a strong partner network of 2,500+ in India and SAARC. It is Known as India's only platform for European education with cutting-edge tech enabling seamless admissions, visa processing, student loans, and accommodation services. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the admission process for prospective students. - Respond to inquiries from potential applicants and provide them with necessary information about admission requirements, procedures, and deadlines. - Assist applicants in completing application forms and ensure that all required documents are submitted. - Review and evaluate applications to ensure they meet the institution's admission criteria. - Collaborate with relevant departments or committees to make admission decisions based on established criteria. - Provide information regarding enrollment procedures, tuition fees, and other relevant details. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants. - Stay informed about changes in admission requirements and communicate these changes to relevant parties. - Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by applicants during the admission process. - Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families by being responsive and helpful throughout the admission process. - Documentation Needs to be Maintained for A Particular Student. - Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the similar role. - Strong knowledge of student visa regulations and immigration processes. - Experience in filling student visa applications for international destinations is preferred - Excellent communication skills, and high proficiency in English and a foreign language - Ability to understand the admission policies and requirements of different universities and countries - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a deadline - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Having a knowledge of Europe education can be an added advantage.
