Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and data-driven strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions. Experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation:

- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and brand voice.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, tailored to platform-specific audiences (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

1. Platform Management:

- Manage and optimize the brand's social media accounts for growth and engagement.
- Respond promptly to audience queries, comments, and messages to build a strong community.

1. Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute innovative campaigns for product launches, festivals, and promotional events to boost visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.

1. Analytics & Performance:

- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party apps.
- Use insights to optimize content and campaigns for better ROI.

1. Creative Direction:

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.

1. Trend Monitoring:

- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Propose and experiment with new features and formats to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.

1. Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration of social media with broader marketing efforts.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube).
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and paid social advertising.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to ideate and execute innovative campaigns to engage and grow audiences.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on insights.
